Luggage tags

Pre-printed self-adhesive luggage tags provide numbered labels for bags and suitcases stored by hotels, museums and event venues. These labels stick onto luggage, helping staff identify the items left in their care. Choose from packs of 500 in several number series, a white option in series 1-500, and a larger value pack.

Products

The available series are 1-500, 501-1000, 1001-1500, 1501 – 2000, 2001-2500 and 2501-3000. When ordering, consider both how many labels your luggage storage service needs and which numbers you want to use. A pack quantity tells you how many labels it contains; the series tells you which numbers are printed on them.

When should I choose self-adhesive luggage tags?

Choose self-adhesive luggage tags when your venue accepts bags or suitcases for storage. The label sticks onto the bag and provides a pre-printed number for identification. Hotels, museums and event organisers can use these labels for luggage left by guests or visitors, choosing the number series to suit their storage arrangements.

How do I choose the right number series?

Check which numbers your venue already uses, then select the series you need. Packs of 500 are listed in series 1-500, 501-1000, 1001-1500, 1501 – 2000, 2001-2500 and 2501-3000. Choose by the stated series rather than the pack quantity alone, because packs containing the same number of labels can carry different printed numbers.

Is there an option for a larger label order?

Alongside individual packs of 500, the shelf includes a value pack of 5x 500 self-adhesive luggage tags, listed as 2000 + 500 free. Consider this option when planning a larger label order. For individual packs, compare the stated series and note that a white option is listed in series 1-500.
